The following Terms& Conditions apply to all bookings, purchase, orders and payment procedure of all services shown on this page. Please take a moment to read all of them before making a reservation of services.
The general conditions for offering services are part of the contract between Dubrovnik Local Guide, Getaldićeva bb, 20 000 Dubrovnik, Croatia, as a Travel agency and the traveler who accepts the offers arrangement. Everything that is listed in the general conditions represents a legal commitment for the travelers and Dubrovnik Local Guide. When making a booking, traveler confirms that he/she has the authority to accept these conditions on his/her behalf and on behalf of all members of the group. By using this site you are agree with the Terms & Conditions.
- PROCESS OF BOOKING
The traveler purchase and book services by filling in electronic order form. We consider as a customer every person who book at least one service, provide requested information and details and send the order via website. All prices are expressed in Euro and are final. Prices include VAT (value added tax).
The process of order start when traveler select the service on the website. After that needs to fill in the form with all requested information (name, phone, number of persons, etc). The traveler has to put credit card details to finish the booking process. Then, after few minutes on the travelers email will come confirmation voucher with all details about the ordered service(date and time of the service, starting point, service provider,etc.). This voucher serves also as a ticket. The cancellation of the ordered service is regulated by the terms and conditions of each service. The tour operator provides services according to the information published and valid at the time when service is confirmed, and according to the description, except in circumstances beyond its control (such as illness of the service provider, pandemics, earthquakes, floods, sanitation, fires, droughts, wars, strikes, terrorist actions, etc.).
The liability of Dubrovnik Local Guide agency is limited. We will not accept any responsibility regarding the delays or changes in schedules, defaults or over-bookings of tours & experiences, transfers, sickness, death, weather changes & conditions, strikes, quarantine and other causes beyond our control.
2. PAYMENT DETAILS
Services that you book through this website you pay online with the credit/debit card. Dubrovnik Local Guide charges the traveler’s credit/debit card immediately after the transaction is performed.
The credit/debit card is charged in Euro (EUR), currency in Croatia. The amount that card is charged with is got by conversion of traveler’s national currency into Euro according to the exchange rate determined for price list at the day you purchase the service. The amount that is charged on the traveler’s credit/debit card in Euro will be translated into the traveler’s national currency by the card company applying the valid foreign exchange list of the traveler’s country.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION
Dubrovnik Local Guide undertakes to protect the personal data of travelers by collecting only the basic information about traveler. The traveler will be informed about the manner in which the collected information are used. The traveler will be provide with the option of choosing the use of information, including the possibility to choose want they to be sent marketing campaigns or he/she wants that we remove their name from the list. All employees and partners are responsible for observing the principle of privacy policy.
4. COMPLAINTS
The complaints have to be submitted in a written form. The traveler is required to make a written complaint no later than 10 days after the service has done/ended. After the deadline we don’t receive the complaints and are not obligated to reply on the complaint. Dubrovnik Local Guide have to make a decision regarding the complaint within 15 days of receiving complaint. The traveler can send complaint by email or at address:

5. CHANGING THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
